What do you think of this app UI? Looking for honest feedback

I’ve been experimenting with an app concept — would love some honest eyes on the UI 👀

I put together these screens for a fitness/business management app concept.

Still exploring the direction, so I’m mainly curious about the design:

• Does the visual style feel too bold?

• Which screen catches your attention first?

• Anything you’d change about the layout or hierarchy?

Just looking for some outside perspective before I take the concept further.
