What do you do to manage launch day anxiety and screen burnout?

My first major product launch was an absolute mental roller coaster. I was so paranoid about things breaking that I stayed up all night checking the listing page then spent the entire morning glued to live visitor stats.
It realized pretty quickly that obsessing over every single view is totally unsustainable.
How do you handle that launch day pressure do you log off for a few hours or delegate monitoring to a teammate so you can take a breather?

What helped me was deciding in advance which number I would act on, and when. On my launch day nothing in the live stats could change what I was going to do that day, so watching them was pure cost.
The one thing that did need a fast answer was comments. So I checked those on a schedule, every 15 minutes through the evening, and left visitors and rank alone until the next morning.
The next-day read also turned out to be the useful one. The live view only said people were arriving. The server log a day later said 44 real visitors came, a few opened pricing or the sign-up page, and none signed up. No amount of refreshing would have shown me that, and it is the only number from that day I still use.
So my rule now: pick the one thing that needs a reaction within minutes, put it on a timer, and push everything else to tomorrow.
