WFH or going to office? Which one do you prefer and why?

Remote for sure. Lots of flexibility to manage my time and personal space. But being connected to my team beyond just a work relationship matters to me - the camaraderie and social interactions are important. So as long as I get to hangout out (virtually) with them regularly and see them in person once a few months to brainstorm key matters and grab a couple of drinks, I am golden :)

WFH! I have been working remotely for more than 5 years now. Opened up new office when I started an ed-tech startup in 2019 and we again went remote before pandemic and have been working like that for almost 2 years now.
