I am new to this platform. We develop both software and hardware products, but since our software is designed to integrate with the hardware, we will likely be showcasing the hardware itself.
After browsing the content posted here over the past few days, I noticed a strong focus on software, so I wanted to ask:
1. Is this platform hardware-friendly?
2. Are links to Kickstarter allowed? (I ask because many platforms prohibit linking to it.)

Me personally I would check whether the hardware solves problems beyond the physical product. If the software creates a better experience then explaining that connection could help people understand why the product belongs here.
