I’m the founder of https://www.crunchit.ai/. An LLM-assisted system for product analytics helping unravel the black box of growth, experimentation and overall analytics. Ask me anything about storytelling, pitch decks, learning habits or community building (my previous venture onboarded over 600 DAOs). I'll be answering all questions on Monday, the 28th of August πŸ™Œ

what advice would you give an early-stage founder looking to build an engaging community?

Hi Vikram, according to you, what should be the optimal team size for a startup in its initial stages, before securing any funding? What constitutes the essential minimum and when does it start to become a crowd?
Vikram Aditya
@mukund_chourey This is a very undefined question. The only true boundary should be needed. Startups with 50 employees before a product can be understaffed as well at times, and startups with 10 employees can have over 10 billion in valuation. Smaller teams are more effective, but not at the cost of sanity. In my view, a good stretch is always having borderline discomfort in everyone (good stress) solving for problems that will be aspirational enough in 5 years. The exact number can vary.

Do you see tools with an NLP UI/UX baked in lowering the skill barrier to being able to accomplish the same goals? In this case, to gain actionable product insights, etc
Vikram Aditya
@anav_sawhney I'm not sure I entirely get your question, Anav. However if ypu're asling whether I am bullish on NLP based UI/UX, the answer is yes and no both. Thanks to Chat GPT, a lot of simpler UXes are being positioned to have a chat format, and it's just bad. On the other end, some UXes can be pretty powerful because of NLP more so when you evaluate the work of companies like Cohere. As fas as analytics goes, asking questions is touch using NLP but not always. We also need to note that people don't know what they don't know. Some use cases are best served with NLP-based querying and some others are best served with clicks. So I would always root for a hybrid offering.

Curious to know what happened to Crunchit, your startup after raising funds? The website is disabled and all blogs are giving 404 as well. @ VikramAditya Asking because we are building a product in similar space and would love to learn from your learnings
