How do you stop yourself from constantly refreshing analytics on launch day?

Everyone talks about upvotes and launch strategies no one mentions how stressful launch day actually is.
I barely slept the night before my first release and kept refreshing the dashboard every two minutes once we went live.
Do you guys have any tricks or rituals to step away from the screen and stay sane during a launch?

I always plan a lunch away from my desk on launch day so I am forced to step away. What rituals have you tried so far.
usually close the dashboard and do something else for a while. otherwise I keep checking it.
launch day makes you think about every small number. i try to focus on talking to users instead.
Honestly, have some damn good hobbies :D
I can only imagine how it will work when I launch my first app, but at the same time, I already imagine that I will have to focus my mind on something not so stressfull like watching numbers. Specially if things go wrong :/
