How do you stop yourself from constantly refreshing analytics on launch day?

Everyone talks about upvotes and launch strategies no one mentions how stressful launch day actually is.

I barely slept the night before my first release and kept refreshing the dashboard every two minutes once we went live.

How do you make help documentation useful for complex software without overwhelming people?

Our old knowledge base was packed with massive articles trying to explain every single detail. Customers rarely read them and jumped straight to emailing support instead.

We revamped the entire center by keeping each page focused on just one simple action and adding short video clips for common issues.

Hey everyone!

I m Wilker, based in Portugal. I ve been working as a QA Lead full time and now working on my own product for quite a while, spending a lot of my free time building something that I can potentially share with others.

The product is called IOWII. It is a personal finance product I m building to make money a bit easier to understand and manage, without turning everything into another complicated dashboard. More importantly, something that can be easily used by multiple people (groups, families, couples). Sharing is caring, right? :D

I m also really interested in AI in general, fintech, automation (processes), Quality Assurance and product design, especially when it comes to figuring out where AI is actually useful in all these areas.
