What makes a product launch feel genuine?

Not the Upvotes or the leaderboard ranking, I think.

I've seen products hit the top spot and the comments are just empty praise. Then there are launches where the founder is actually in the replies having real conversations.

Someone points out a bug and the maker listens. Someone asks a tough technical question and gets an honest answer.

Nobody is pasting robotic sales pitches in every thread.

Creative feedback is a PROBLEM! How are people handling it?

I run multi-client creative work (video, ad scripts, photography) and feedback always ends up scattered across WhatsApp, email, and Figma comments. Half the time nobody's sure which version actually got approved.
Curious how others handle this, especially freelancers and small agencies juggling several clients at once.
Is your bottleneck getting clear feedback, keeping versions straight, or something else entirely?

Who in your team owns the access policy? engineering, product, or security?

access policies are one of those things that touch every team but belong to none of them.

engineering builds the permission checks into the code. product decides which users should see which features. security sets the rules around what's too risky to allow. and when something goes wrong, all three look at each other.
