How do you know your MVP is ready for real users without over-polishing it?

I almost always hold onto early builds for too long trying to make everything look nice before launching.

Now i just focus on one simple test: can a stranger complete the main action without asking me for help?

If that works and nothing completely breaks, i just put it out there even if the design looks super basic.

What's your basic checklist before letting strangers try out your early product?

waiting for a perfect design can take forever. If the main problem is solved, I’d rather get feedback and improve from there.

I usually test the main action with a few real users first and see if they can use it without much help
