Do you find VPN safe and useful?

Recently, the Bangladesh government has put some restrictions on the use of Facebook and messenger. In that situation, all most every Bangladeshi user uses many free VPN apps to smooth facebook and messenger uses. Because almost every e-commerce page reached in zero sales during that time. But my query is, how do you find VPN safe? Need your opinion.

@jack_jack_reynolds It's safe if it's a paid service. Cause if it's a free VPN, it won't guarantee your security and the expected result, I think. I'm using Nord VPN, but there are many other good services I read about at https://www.firesticktricks.com/install-best-vpn-firestick.html. As I know, free VPNs are dangerous as they undermine the privacy rather than protecting it. So I don't hesitate while choosing the option.

Try using a proxy server. A proxy server is an intermediary computer between a user and a resource on the Internet.
