But with iview, we adapt to candidate's past experience 👨🏻‍💻💼 and help them with hints ✅ when they're stuck or thinking in the wrong direction. Assistive and adaptiveness help judge the candidates better with granular scoring and asking the right questions instead of a fixed set of questions.
