Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built Front Range Permit Radar after watching commercial contractors in Colorado spend their mornings clicking through 4–5 different government websites looking for new work. The real frustration: Boulder, Fort Collins, Denver, and the Colorado state procurement system all publish permits and bids differently — different formats, different update schedules, no central place to check. So I built a tool that monitors all of them daily and emails contractors a digest of what's new, filtered by their trade and geography. The hardest part technically was the Colorado VSS procurement portal — it's a legacy AngularJS app that requires a headless browser just to load the data.
