Hey everyone, I built this out of frustration more than anything. Before this, I was a hiring manager, and honestly… hiring was one of the most draining parts of the job. Not because of the people—but because of the process. Going through hundreds of resumes, trying to figure out who’s actually a fit, then the endless back-and-forth just to schedule interviews. And even after all that, you still worry you might be missing great candidates. It felt messy, slow, and way more manual than it should be. So I started working on something to take that load off—automating the screening, surfacing the best candidates, and handling interview scheduling without all the chaos.
