Really like how clean the dashboard feels — the way compliance docs and property statuses sit side by side without clutter is genuinely useful for agents juggling dozens of units. Solid execution.

A Right to Rent integration would save so much time. Letting agents in the UK have to do these checks constantly and having the ID verification and document storage built into the same platform would be huge. Maybe even an automatic reminder when a tenant's right to rent is about to expire.

Finally a property tool that doesn't feel like it was built for US landlords and then awkwardly translated. The tenant comms templates alone saved me a good chunk of time.
