Hi Product Hunt — I'm Jake, the founder of Fretwell & Co. I built this after speaking with property managers who were tracking compliance certificates on spreadsheets and missing deadlines. Finally a property tool that doesn't feel like it was built for US landlords and then awkwardly translated. The tenant comms templates alone saved me a good chunk of time.

A Right to Rent integration would save so much time. Letting agents in the UK have to do these checks constantly and having the ID verification and document storage built into the same platform would be huge. Maybe even an automatic reminder when a tenant's right to rent is about to expire.

Once you add a tenancy, head to the Tenancy module, open any tenancy and you'll find the Right to Rent section where you can log the check date, upload documents and set the expiry date. The system then sends automatic alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days before it expires. Give it a try at fretwellcompliance.uk — 14 day free trial, no card needed.
