good to see a single place where product roadmap to release can be managed.
@sagar_agarwal1 Yes, Freshrelease also supports bug tracking but Freshrelease is more than an issue/bug tracker. We support every aspect of software development from Roadmap planning, tracking what needs to be done, maintaining test cases for your product to ensure quality and also track what your team ships in every version of your software. In addition to this, we have crafted Freshrelease with good UX, fast UI and removed clutter that you find in leading tools so that it is easy to use the product. Features like Workflow Autopilot automate status updates so developers don't have to login to the tool to update status of their item.
Our mission is to enable teams ship software faster. We don't want to be just another task tracker but truly enable teams ship faster by identifying in what stages of software development bottlenecks are, where can people improve, etc. We are already working on features that will enable the above. Happy to discuss more over a phone call or email :)
@joekuriank Thanks for the love Joe.. Indeed it's time to move out of "clunky & bloated" old tools 😉

Played around with the product for sometime. Initial impression - looks good to me. Will explore more.
But how exactly does this is enable to ship faster ? Curious to know
@sulakshan_kumar Thanks for asking. While most other tracker tools in the market focus only on tracking items/issues/bugs, we just don't stop there. One fundamental problem that most engineering teams face today is that while they know they are slow, most of them can't zero in on the real reasons/root causes as to why they are slow. Where is the bottleneck? is my tedious process causing delays? is it because teams don't plan their work well? Is the quality bad that I run into multiple iterations? Or maybe are the team's estimations aggressive? Or is just that there is this one platform team with all the dependencies where my work is usually blocked? Most teams know they are slow but find it hard to know why. This is the problem we've already started solving and will also continue to differentiate us from others in the future. We have easy insights. Finding these insights are usually hard. Seeing such metrics and reports in the current available tools are cumbersome.
Not just this, every single feature that we spend time on, we ask this fundamental q: can this help our users ship faster? Better?

Awesome, you guys also kept last mile in mind which is what missing in almost all the products. It's multiple products we use in one product. Could we able to track the customer status on release level too?
@guruprasandh Guru, presently we don't track customer adoption numbers. In other words, we can't track for how many customers is the feature rolled out. Is this your question? Or am I misunderstanding?
@dinesh_kumar_sekar We have integrations with github, gitlab to track any your team's commits and pull request right within Freshrelease. We also have an app based integration with Freshservice and Freshdesk.

I like this "Free forever" thing. But hope they continue to have this free.

Clean UI and easy to setup. Very cool integration with
Cons:
Unable to customize the layouts.
@dileep_kumar_vanga dileep, Thanks for the feedback. our free plan will be free forever. Always. Table and column customisation is something that we have in our plan. You will see those in the product soon.

Looks great! Even though there are dozens of tools today to help us become more effective at work it's still largely an unsolved problem. Looks like Freshrelease has a genuine shot at making this work. Excited to see how this plays out!
@le_tuong Trello is a great tool for small teams to manage their work but as teams scale, it quickly becomes hard to manage the various Trello boards. Jira mainly an issue tracker, doesn't really focus on every aspect of software development. Freshrelease gives a unique opportunity for teams to manage their roadmap, backlog of tasks, test cases and track releases all from one place, so it becomes a single tool to plan, track, test and ship software. It works for small teams as well as large teams.
