I'm curious to understand the rationale behind the templates chosen, as these seem to be filled with frills and fancy designs, unlike being a simple, easy-to-read, business document. I totally get that these are great for marketing, design, and other creative functions -- but for many white-collared roles, sticking to the simpler formats is actually better, no? Would love to hear your thoughts as I'm sure you've obviously put a lot of thought into it (I can tell from the quality of your product / website!)

@puneet_kohli I think that's a good point. I have always been instructed to refrain from using anything other than plain templates. Personally, if I was a recruiter, I would like to see more stylish ones. But based on what I have heard, that is not necessarily advisable.

The rationale behind the selected templates here is pretty simple.
First, the modern designs are the most popular ones on our website, by far. And I think there’s a reason for that. While I definitely won’t recommend them for white-collar positions (we do have templates for these roles specifically), you won’t stand a chance with a good ol’ black-and-white resume in many industries, as you have rightly mentioned.

This is a good idea for those who have no idea how to craft a good resume. I thought that it's so easy, but then I had conversations with several HR managers and they said to me that this is still a problem for a huge number of people. @hertzel_b I hope your project will be successful, congratulations!
