by
FORMA is a free AI fitness platform with something no other has: Life-Load reads your sleep, stress and schedule into a daily readiness score, then reshapes today's workout — full, lightened, or active recovery — so training fits real life. You also get an AI workout builder, a 3D muscle map (105 exercises), an in-gym player that logs sets and remembers your weights, a meal planner, 12 calculators and progress tracking. No signup needed; an optional free account saves your progress.

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Rab — a solo, bootstrapped founder, and FORMA is something I built mostly because I wanted it to exist. Every time I tried to sort out my own training, I'd hit the same wall: the good tools were locked behind a subscription, buried in ads, or demanded an account before they'd show me anything. So I started building the thing I actually wanted — and it grew into FORMA. Here's what it does, honestly: - AI Workout Builder — answer a few questions, get a plan built around your goal, equipment, and schedule. Swap any exercise you don't like. - Interactive 3D/2D muscle map — tap a muscle, see the exercises that train it. 22 muscle groups, 105 exercises with instructions and form tips. - 12 fitness calculators — TDEE, macros, 1RM, body fat and more, each with a plain-English explanation of what the number means. - In-gym workout player — log sets, rest timer, remembers your last weights, saves history. - Meal planner + 40 macro-checked recipes, plus progress tracking for weight, workouts and streaks. It's 100% free to use, and you don't need to sign up to use the tools. An optional free account saves your progress; an optional Premium just removes ads. It's a PWA (installable), works in 14 languages, and there's now an Android app in Play Store testing. I'm one person, so it's not perfect — but that also means I can act on feedback fast. If you try it, I'd genuinely love to know what's confusing, what's missing, or what you'd want next. Thanks for taking a look. — Rab
