So what is Form4? Form4 is a form insiders of a company have to fill out not later than 2 days after they made a sell or buy of their own company stock.
Most Form4 filings are not important, but the open market buy ones can be. Open market buy means that an insider put his own money on the table an bought shares.
Based on how significant the amount is, the stock often moves quite a lot whenever such a filing is released. That is what I try to profit from.
