We can train our agent on any software. Just provide us with your sales videos, demos, onboarding calls, and FAQs, and our agent will train itself using that content.

Very promising stuff here! Given that sales demos can make or break a product, having accurate information shared during the demo is crucial. How do you ensure that there is minimal inaccuracy in the responses made by your AI agent? Also, what kind of training data is needed here?

Great question, Naomi! We train our agent on previous sales calls, onboarding sessions, and FAQs. So, technically, if a question or demo has been asked before, our agent should be able to demonstrate or answer it. Our agent is also familiar with almost all UI elements and utilizes them. When we receive a question, we use a dynamic state machine with LLM to determine how to demonstrate it. We're still in day zero. Try out our demo and share your feedback!
