Flow-e 2.0 - Turn your Gmail & Outlook into Trello-like task lists 💌

What is Flow-e?

I have only used this 1 day so far but it is obvious that this will be a long-term keeper

Pros:

Brilliantly executed interface, works fabulously with zero setup effort and without altering existing email at all

Cons:

Would be nice to have Zapier support, which would complete its design as the ultimate "To Do" and organizer list

I think you have to decide, if you're going to make a political statement or you're going to sell your software. Obama doesn't is a very quick turn off. Tells me, you don't want my money and you're not serious about your business. I'm in business to make money. If you're in business to make political statements, then I suggest you sell to politicians and quit wasting other people's time.

Hi, after some weeks of testing, here a three features i am missing right now: - it would be nice, when not only events would show up in the timeline, but also reminders (from Google Calendar) - when a due-date of a task/mail was changed, all changes that were made before to the generated event in Google Calendar are deleted, but they should somehow remain - when the subject title of a task/mail with a due date was changed, the title in Google Calender should also change (without deleting changes that were made before in Google Calendar)

You guys have reale changed my life for better with this tool. I'm "living" in my inbox and few todo apps, and now I can store everything what's important in one place. 11/10, can't say anything more.

So wait... I was excited to try this out but apparently there's no way to only see the emails in my primary inbox. Instead it shows all the promotional emails and newsletters along with emails from actual people. Funnily enough, you can choose to ONLY see the promotions, but not only the primary emails... If this is fixed it could be great, until then it's completely useless :(

Been using this product for close to a year now. The initial startup process (of organizing all of your emails) is tedious, but critical. Once the system is in place, the "gamification" and the instant sense of organization makes this so much better than just an email stack. The only downside (and I say this with a phenomenal appreciation of the large number of pros) is that because you are filtering the email experience, it is never quite as good at creating a new email as other programs that only do that (looking at you Outlook). But the advantages of this platform is that it lets you ORGANIZE and PROCESS your emails which the other tools can't even begin to touch. Keep up the phenomenal work team flow-e
