Hey Lucie, Thanks a lot :) We primarily focus on developers and designers. Of course, the tech world is quite broad, so if you are referring to a more drilled-down skill list, there is one at the bottom of our landing page for dev skills: That's still not super comprehensive and I am working on creating a dedicated page for this. In a nutshell, though, we have developers across almost every web, mobile or desktop technology. We have designers who are skilled in UX and UI (basically product designers). What we don't have yet: - Developers in modern technologies such as AI/ML, Deep Learning, etc. - Designers for graphics, motion. Hopefully, we will expand into these verticals too :)
Congratulations Flexiple is an awesome product. The 'n' number of tools Karthik and team have built for the community is amazing. Remote tools and Remote clan are great examples of how to build a community and get your product across to so many people without a massive marketing budget or investor money. Wishing the team the very best - this is a killer platform made for the post-COVID world.

Hey Kate, We have a 6-stage screening process, that involves vetting talent of course on technical skills but also the softer aspects such as communication skills and motivation to freelance. We also get a review from their past clients or employers. So it is quite extensive!

Hey , Thanks for your wishes :) Indeed, our designers are largely Product Designers for UI/UX. While we have designers focused primarily on UI, marketing designers (or graphic designers) are currently not our focus. But hopefully soon!
Disappointing experience after what seemed like service with potential. After an initial recommendation from the "co-founder and head of customer relations" and an offer to setup a conversation with a candidate, was completely ghosted.
