I’ve been using Fig a while now and absolutely love it. Congrats on the launch Brendan!
Hey @nheagy, totally understand the concern. Luckily, all of the autocomplete logic runs locally on your device. None of your keystrokes or commands are sent to our servers.
You can also opt-out of all telemetry by running `fig settings telemetry.disabled true`

@mattschrage Curious about your privacy policy then, "We send a ping each time you select an autocomplete suggestion. The ping contains the root command you used (e.g. git, cd, aws, etc) and nothing else (ie if you select "commit" in "git commit", all we see is git)." Can you elaborate? Would be great if you'd remove that section from your policy 😜
I love this tool. It makes navigation so much easier. Github commands needs little improvement but I'm more than satisfied. Best part is allowing user to opt-out of telemetry : )
Thanks so much, @abhimanyuaryan!
Do you want to email me more about the GitHub commands that aren't working for you and we will fix them - brendan@fig.io

I started out with fig recently as an experiment and now it is one of the obligatory tools I use. It just saves a lot of time. Its biggest contribution is, it has made me a GUI git desktop user to a command-line user. Very thanks for this great product!
Hoping for a lot of new features and greater success for you guys!
