A native POS integration or plug for Shopify would be huge for smaller merchants who don't want to wrestle with API setup just to launch a basic loyalty program. Right now it sounds like you'd need developer resources to get started, which leaves out a lot of shop owners who'd benefit most.

@alpcanmeti58226 Thanks, Metin! You're absolutely right. Shopify and WooCommerce plugins are already on our roadmap. We want merchants to install a plugin, connect their account, and start rewarding customers in minutes—no API setup or developer needed. Appreciate the feedback! 🙌

Finally a platform that ties identity, loyalty cards, and the dev API together without three separate dashboards. Tried it on a test merchant and the digital card setup was honestly smoother than I expected.

Getting the first purchase is hard. Turning it into the second purchase is where real businesses are built.
Curious—have you found that loyalty is driven more by better timing or better personalization?

Great question @aryan787544! I’d say it’s both, but if I had to pick one, personalization wins. The right message at the wrong time can still miss, but a relevant reward or offer that feels personal is much more likely to bring someone back. Timing then makes that personalization even more effective. 🙌
It makes me wonder whether the companies with the strongest retention will eventually be the ones that understand customers best, rather than simply rewarding them most. I'll be curious to see what patterns emerge as you get more data.

I believe so. Rewards may bring customers back once, but understanding their behavior, spending habits, purchase patterns, and lifetime value is what creates long-term retention. The more data businesses have, the more they can build relationships that feel relevant instead of generic or transactional. That's exactly the pattern we're excited to explore with Fidloy. Thanks for the feedback @aryan787544
