Not sure if I can speak to all the specifics of other products but our approach at Fellow is to really focus on giving you all the familiar elements of a document integrated with your calendar. Our biggest alternative today I would say is people using Google Docs to manage their meetings and our approach has been really to take the best elements of that document, give it some structural elements but still retain its free-form nature and make it specific to meetings. Beyond this, we also focus on giving you an excellent One-on-One experience, Feedback, Goal Setting and a few more elements that really help teams work better together. Meetings are at the core of what we do, but we don't stop there! Happy to give you a founder demo if you're interested - just let me know :)
