I have been using Fathom for a year now. I just checked and April 28th 2025 was my first call. And that is what I love about Fathom - all of my calls, client journey, meeting notes, everything in one place, with amazing analysis to not just help me improve my meeting quality, but it extracts actionable task that are critical for successful next steps. As a consultant and a business owner, having that type of clarity is priceless. (but I am happy to pay the current price LOL) I was excited when I was able to get my team on it, and I was even more exited to connect to my AI platform for single source of truth. Keep on keepin on!

I took the trial last year and implemented it straight away! We seen instant value on the business package. Linking to our CRM, coaching and scorecards etc saved us around 12 hours of admin per sales rep every week! It's now key to our success and the integration into claude is really exciting as we already take the transcript into cowork and kick off workflows! This will take us to the next level! Amazing work
I've been using Fathom for roughly three years now, and it is has been absolutely a game changer. I have so many meetings both professionally and privately. To be able to have a transcript I can drop into Claude to create summaries of the meetings for clients, and to then create proposals based upon those meetings, which I use Claude for again, SAVES ME HOURS and HOURS. The accuracy is excellent. For personal meetings (church - bible studies I lead out on, helping friends learn how to use Ai etc), to be able to create guides and summaries that are accurate, look professional (again using Claude) is amazing, all because of Fathom, plus it records the video as well, which I can download. Their FREE tier is ABSOLUTELY SO GENEROUS!!! I love it joins all my meetings automatically on zoom and or Google meeting and it connects to Microsoft Teams as well.

We’ve been using Fathom at our company for over a year now, and it’s a really great tool. I also find it extremely convenient for the call summaries it provides, which allow you to quickly find the information you need, even months later. It’s extremely useful and highly recommended.
Pretty good. I'm surprised how many tidbits it can pickup. Gone are the days of having presenter/note-taker issue, as you know it's nearly impossible to do both WELL.

I love Fathom.
It's hard to put into all the words with all the examples but Fathom has become essential to my coaching business. In the past when I've used recording or ai notes they were always missing that extra umph to make it feel worth it for my clients to agree that this would be a true value add for their experience in my sessions but then always agree that note taking and theme and breakthrough recall is ideal.
With Fathom my clients are always 100% on board which is saying a lot. The value provided at the end of a session when my clients can go back to check notes, recall points in our discussion, have a list of action items, questions asked and what feels like genuine thoughtful summaries - is invaluable. So as I said, Fathom has become essential to my coaching business. Because what value is coming together and making breakthroughs if you can't exactly recall what it was and feel direction on next steps to build on it?

I've been using the new version all day, and it's killer!
Fathom is a GAME changer for my sales team and my onboarder team. We could not do what we do without this tool and work as quickly as we do. You can quickly find where customers mention anything about your product in seconds as well as have daily reports that let me know if my team did not handle objections and so forth on a daily basis....and many many more.
