Fathom - Never take notes on a Zoom call again

I KNOW I compromise my effectiveness on calls when I have to try to take notes as well. But without them, especially on longer calls, so much gets lost not having enough time to manually go back and parse the recordings for important info. And as a solo consultant, hiring someone to do that just isn't feasible. This is going to make both business strategy discovery calls and project status calls so much more efficient. So much so, I'm considering switching back to Zoom from Vectera for these types of calls. (Sure would be wonderful to get it integratd with Vectera!) For other small business folks - important to note that Fathom won't work with free Zoom accounts due to insufficient API access. Important to know as lots of smalll biz folks find the free Zoom all they need. Might actually be worth upgrading just to get access to Fathom!

This product has been a game changer for my team. The recording is great, and we love the easy tagging of call highlights. This is such a better alternative to gong and others.

Fathom is a game-changer. When interviewing customers for client case studies, I need to be focused on the conversation, not taking notes. I've recorded calls, but the transcription services are expensive and often slow (unless you pay extra), and when you get the final transcription, there are no bookmarks or highlights to connect you w/ vital parts of the conversation - it's just a flat transcript. But with Fathom, the transcription is in real-time, you can click on tags when the conversation becomes something you want to look into later - and it's all synced up w/ the video recording from Zoom. Which is great for capturing those special customer quotes in video format! I would absolutely recommend Fathom - in fact, I recommend it to all my subcontractors and clients every chance I get. It's an amazing tool - FINALLY!!! (And it's helpful beyond case study interviews - I use it for every Zoom meeting I conduct)

This looks like a lifesaver - one of those product I immediately get and want to use. Massive props! Question for ya: have you seen anyone use this for creating content? ie. interviewing someone on a call and then using the features to pull out the insights that you'll turn into an article?

Game changer of a product, it's seamless integration with Hubspot and incredibly intuitive UI have made my note taking whilst talking to prospects so easy. Also a solid customer success team who really care about ensuring the product is gold-standard. Great work Richard and Co.
