it seems to make note taking processes easier. My only concern is whether it will be able to perceive different accents successfully

@isim_platform all of the transcription providers we've tested, including the one we use ourselves, still struggle with anything outside of unaccented English but they're getting better quickly. This is also why we see the transcript mainly as a tool for the user to find parts of the call rather than an artifact that we think should be shared.

As a Talent Acquisition leader, my team and I talk to a LOT of people and take loads of notes. I love that we can drop a pin where we'd typically jot down a note as that allows us to fully engage in conversation with candidates and hiring teams during interviews, intake meetings and debrief meetings. The highlight reel is amazing and encourages efficiency amongst teams - we're able to instantly share pertinent info with folks that miss the meeting and, similarly, they get the info straight from the source vs secondhand. Great product that absolutely has a place in an age where we live and breathe meetings and competing priorities.

Fathom is really great! When I jump onto a Zoom call it joins as a guest. It provides a sidebar when I can tag different portions of the conversation, while it both records (video and audio) and afterward creates a transcription that also includes my tags at the same points. There are a few bugs, but overall LOVE IT! It makes my life much easier and helps me focus on what people are saying rather than taking notes!
