Hey @adithya thanks for your feedback and support! We are aware of this issue that is impacting (thankfully) just a small percentage of users.
Nonetheless, we are investigating this with our CTO directly and are confident that we will find a solution so for it to be fixed as soon as possible :)

In regards to your questions :
1. You will need to have an Instagram business account, which can indeed also be done with a personal profile --> tutorial is included in the creation process at the step n°3
2. As long as you have one or several business Instagram account(s) and that are linked to Facebook Pages, you will simply need to select the desired Instagram account from the drop-down menu. And for the next generated widget, you'll just have to reload the page and follow the same steps

@fastory@yann_petretti I did it. With the same result. i maintain several instagram profiles and facebook pages, is it related to that?
@renehesse gotcha, it is indeed related! Go to Instagram on Mobile then ‘Edit Profile’ and check in the ‘Business Information’ section if the Facebook Page is the same as the one you want to connect to. If not, you have dissociate it from the Instagram app settings: Switch back to Personal Instagram Account (Business Settings section) -> Dissociate the connected Facebook Page (Linked Accounts in Settings section) // In case let's switch to my email yann.petretti@fastory.io it is easier to communicate with the team internally that way :)

@dshan ahah don't worry that fairy gonna be as cool as a cucumber, the basic version will always be free :) please let your friends know there is a free widget on the market :D
I loved the idea, but a have just a quick question: When we put links in the stories, are they clickable inside the widget as well, or the stories just appear as non-clickable images?
@matheusguerra great question, at the moment the assets present in the widget are only at the Native format (image/video) with no direct interactivity, therefore, no possibility to swipe up to an external link. The good news is that our tech roadmap includes upcoming features that will tackle this limitation :)
