What should a fair e-signature cancellation policy include?
Most e-signature tools compete on feature checklists, but billing policy is often where trust breaks.
For FairSign, we made three promises explicit: cancellation costs $0, refunds are available for 14 days, and every renewal gets a 7-day reminder email.
We launch here on September 1, and I would value candid feedback before then: which of those promises matters most to you? Is there another billing rule you wish every SaaS vendor stated upfront?
For context, signing your own PDF is free and stays in your browser. Documents sent to someone else do upload because the recipient needs a link and the final PDF needs an audit trail. We are also being explicit about what is not ready yet: ordered signing, a mobile app, SOC 2, and enterprise integrations.
