ExponentFM #075 — Baby Picture Bots - Why Messenger is a good idea, but bots may not be

Good conversation. I've been feeling myself get more and more irritated with each bot I see. It feels like a step back from folks working on getting voice recognition right. Seems to create a vacuum for Amazon to take the cake.
