💡 Bright idea
This is so dope! This saves so much time for user feedback! I can see this being super helpful when it comes to customer service for large companies, would you consider doing this for audio calls too? It would be so cool is you could summarize a 1000 customer service calls and find out key pain points.

As a Customer Success professional, this is awesome! From the information it's pulling from, what's the level of accuracy of the transcription? As you import more calls, will the AI pick up on what's considered important for your specific context/business?
