Hey! This has been a fun side-project of mine, as I was finding myself going through a lot of 1hr+ YouTube videos when I was only really looking to extract a few points from them. Having tried a bunch of online summarisation tools, none of them quite met my needs -- either the style wasn't right, or too much information was missed for my liking. While this is obviously not perfect either, I quite like the tone we've struck, and the transcript post-processing gets us fairly good insights into the video. The stack is fairly simple: - React front-end - FastAPI Python back-end - Models used are GPTs and Mistal-7B, as well as some very light models for transcripts post-processing. I'm happy to hear any feedback, questions or suggestions!
