This looks awesome! There's only one small concern I have: what do you do with the data? We write really personal comments in our evaluations.

hey! thank you for your support! there are 2 ways: 1. you can keep it anonymous and let AI summarize the comments for further conclusions on growth path and performance. 2. make it public and let the reviewee access to every feedback received. It depends on company culture and politics. In both cases, you'll see the analytics report and data summary
