This is true, I have been on both sides of this as a manager and as an employee. As an employee it is hard to stay engaged and I could see having constant 1 on 1's with your manager improving that.

Exactly just by starting having constant 1-on-1's and be accountable will go a long way.

Looks great! In particular, keeping tracking of agreements and getting reminders about them would be extremely helpful. Excited to give it a try.

Thanks!! Yes that element is super important, to many things get lost in email, notebooks, etc. which can create miss trust because it can feel like lack of commitment from both sides.
This rocks. You should make it work for my whole team to catch up on shared goals. Do you plan to go beyond 1-on-1’s?

Thanks our main focus is to iterate on the core of the product which is the process support (calendar etc. ), our talking points model, onboarding and more.
