This is true, I have been on both sides of this as a manager and as an employee. As an employee it is hard to stay engaged and I could see having constant 1 on 1's with your manager improving that.

@madibell Thanks!! Yes that element is super important, to many things get lost in email, notebooks, etc. which can create miss trust because it can feel like lack of commitment from both sides.

@happychinmay Thanks our main focus is to iterate on the core of the product which is the process support (calendar etc. ), our talking points model, onboarding and more.
