Duely — automated payment reminders - Get paid on time, without awkward follow-ups

I built Duely after running into a simple but frustrating problem. Getting paid was not the issue. Following up consistently was. Most freelancers and small teams know they should send reminders. They just do not do it enough. One message, maybe two, then it slips. That is where payments get delayed. Most tools focus on templates or scheduling a few reminders. But the real problem is not what you send. It is that follow-ups stop. Duely is built around one idea. Set it once, and it keeps following up until the invoice is paid. No awkward emails. No mental overhead. No “I will follow up later.” Still early, but I am trying to make this as simple and hands-off as possible. Curious how you currently handle late payments?
