Awesome way to give back. Not clear what the startup package is vs the packages listed on your website. I understand it's 10 seats, but what functionality? Trying to reverse engineer the math on current packages... can't get to the $750 you list... Is it Team? + 10 seats? Contact limits? Or it's own thing that is most like X?

This is the Team version which costs $750/mo with 10 seats.
Was really excited by this offering and was ready to sign up . First I was told that we needed to be venture backed. Then seeing comments from and saying that VC/Accelerator was no longer a requirement, I tried again only to be told by multiple sales reps that it wasn't the case. dont know who's telling the truth and who isn't. gave up bothering after a few attempts.

For bootstrappers, its a lot to ask for one big payment up front.

its a bootstrap startup and the payment terms were very stiff
