Dualmark - Open-source AEO infrastructure for marketing sites

Hey everyone! Ayush here, founder of Dodo Payments. We built Dualmark to solve our own problem. Our marketing site ranked well on Google, but AI agents like ChatGPT and Perplexity were citing competitors instead of us. The content was fine. The issue was that AI crawlers couldn't properly parse our HTML. Cloudflare has a one-click button for serving markdown to bots. It works for basic cases. But we wanted full control over what each crawler sees, how different page types get converted, and the ability to enforce conformance standards in CI. So we built Dualmark, ran it in production for months at Dodo Payments, and saw AI agent traffic 5x in 60 days without rewriting any content. Today we're open-sourcing everything.
