I’ve spent years interviewing hundreds of candidates as a Head of Engineering, and the biggest bottleneck was always the first round. Too many resumes. Too much noise. Too much manual screening. That’s why I built InterviewFlowAI. The goal was simple: Make the early part of hiring fast, fair, and consistent. What InterviewFlowAI does today: • Candidates apply via a public link • Resumes get scored automatically • You accept or reject with one click • AI conducts the full interview (phone or Google Meet) • You get a detailed scorecard, transcript, and recording All of this runs end-to-end without scheduling or follow-ups. Building this required multiple iterations, first just interviews, then resume scoring, and now the full hiring funnel. Really happy to see InterviewFlowAI live here. Working on it made me realise how much hassle companies deal with in the first round of hiring, and it’s been pretty cool to build something that actually cuts that mess down. @busmark_w_nika Yes, we’re actively running pilots with a early-stage startups, and they’ve already used InterviewFlowAI to filter candidates before moving them to technical rounds.

This feels especially useful for early-stage interviews. Curious - do you have a sense of which types of roles your current version performs best with?

@zhiqi_shi Right now most users are starting with junior or mid-level developer roles. Since we’re still early, teams prefer testing the workflow on these roles first before moving it to senior or high-impact positions. That’s been the consistent feedback from our pilot users so far.

Right now, most of our early pilot users are running technical roles through it, but the platform isn’t limited to that at all. Thanks@vik_sh When you create a job, we ask for the role requirements and any specific instructions(which is optional). Based on that, InterviewFlowAI adapts the flow and runs the interview accordingly.
