An wonderful tool created for Knowledge base management. Using this product, enables you to create an more customizable Landing page for your users. Also the tool can be easily integrated with many other 3rd party tools. This also enables us to have different knowledge base version, using this you can create different contents. Also being an robots.txt KB management tool, is very helpful for SEO's. The one feature i love the most is KB assistant, which can be integrated to our website as an help section. Nice! How it is different from other free open source tools like php
For phpMyFAQ, you’ll still need to provide your own database to use with their knowledge base software. As the name suggests, it’s written in PHP, and as you might expect there is no support available from the team other than through the forums or twitter. Whereas at Document360 you have 24/7 customer support and learning curve is very minimal.
