Love that there's an easy to way to keep track of Action Items - so important to make sure meetings are actually useful! The Section Timer features is also such a great idea... so many meetings would have been saved with this! Also gotta love the 🧊🔨s!

The only thing that frustrates me about Dive is that it didn’t exist earlier. This project is truly a game-changer (I’ve had early access for some time now as I’m part of the Dive team). Before Dive, I really struggled to 1) effectively structure pre-meeting prep, 2) run meetings that end on time, and 3) make sure that everyone followed up on their action items. I tried sticky notes, notion, hgoogle docs, you name it. But nothing worked. Everything was disorganized, all over the place, etc. Dive solves all of this..finally!
