We see the problem as broader than just Slack -- it's the explosion of SaaS. Five years ago the average company had 8 SaaS tools. Today they have 110! So we'll eventually integrate all other SaaS tools -- CRM, Task management, Ticketing, etc -- to become the "universal priority inbox" for all knowledge work.
