Dibs - Remember who owes you money — no account, no cloud

Hey Product Hunt! I built Dibs because I kept lending friends €20 and then doing that thing where you silently decide it's not worth bringing up. Multiply that by a year and it's real money — and honestly, the awkwardness of asking was always worse than the amount. So Dibs keeps the score, and you don't have to. WHAT IT DOES Add a debt in a couple of taps — who, how much, what for. The home screen shows a net balance per person, not a wall of transactions, so you see "Marta owes you €35" instead of doing arithmetic on five dinners. Split a group bill evenly or with custom amounts and Dibs works out who owes what. Set a reminder so it doesn't quietly slip. And when it's time to settle, there's a pre-written friendly message you can send — the part I personally needed most. Settling a debt sets off confetti. Non-negotiable. NO ACCOUNT. NO CLOUD. NO SERVER. There's no sign-up, because there's nothing to sign up to. Everything lives in a local database on your phone. I don't have your data, I can't see your data, and there's no backend to breach. Your debts are between you and your friends. WHAT'S NEW - Insights — charts showing what you've settled each month and how your balance has trended over time. It's oddly satisfying to watch money come back. - App lock — Face ID or fingerprint, if your IOUs are nobody else's business (Pro). - Themes — light, dark, and accent colors to make it yours (Pro). - Export & backup — CSV export and a data backup, because it's your data (Pro). - Custom reminders per debt — not just one global setting (Pro). - Per-person balances — the home screen was rebuilt around people, not transactions. - One-tap settle up — closes everything you have open with a person at once. - Undo everything — settle, complete, delete. Five-second countdown, one tap back. - A custom numeric keypad — the system one was wrong for entering amounts, so I built one. - Greetings and status messages — Dibs says hello and comments on how you're doing. Some people love this and some people want it gone, so both are switches in Settings. THE DETAILS 15+ currencies with correct symbol placement, full English / Spanish / French localization, fast search across people and debts, and custom debt dates. I'm the only person working on this and I read everything (eventually 😅), so: what's the debt you're currently pretending you forgot about?
