Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Axel, a solo developer based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. I built Dev // Cyber Toolkit because I was tired of re-googling the same regex symbols and re-opening the same five sites just to hash a string or decode a JWT. It's a small floating widget you install once and keep on screen: symbol palettes, a quick code scratchpad, and 17 utilities (Base64, hashing, password strength, JWT decoder, CIDR calculator, cron translator, and more). There's also an optional "Mentor Mode" that adds a short plain-language explanation under each tool — useful if you're still learning what a JWT actually is. 100% free, no account, no ads, nothing locked behind a paywall. Available in French and English. I posted it on Show HN last week and it brought in 135+ visitors from that single post — which told me the core idea (one lightweight place for the small stuff) actually resonates beyond just me. Small update for anyone following: I just published a companion CLI for terminal lovers 👋

npm install -g dev-cyber-toolkit-cli

Same tools as the widget (Base64, hashing, JWT decoder, CIDR calculator, cron translator, password strength, and more), zero dependencies, and it plays nicely with pipes (echo "text" | dct base64 encode).
