@sneha_saigal Hello Sneha, companies have huge amounts of text data (emails, social networks, reviews, chats, WhatsApp, surveys) they have to analyze just by taking samples because is not possible to do it with humans (except you hire hundreds to read everything). So we classify, cluster, and get metrics from that data. Also, you can train custom models to trigger actions. For example, every time a user on Twitter asks for a recommendation on a product, insurance, service, etc. , get that lead to the sales team. Today only big companies with expensive data sciences teams can build deep learning models to use most of the text data. There is many use cases for small and medium companies.

I am a subscriber to this software and it's provided me a lot of insights into my bulk, unorganised data that I would not have gotten elsewhere or by spreadsheet alone. The guys have been extremely helpful in answering my questions and working through things if needed, giving tips etc esp. on the data extraction. If you are working with conversations with clients and social media then this is a tool worth trying. So far so good, crisp and clean interface and clear start-to-finish UX.
