Hi! Builder of Decidr here. The problem I was solving: As an automation and data analyst, I kept hitting the same wall: teams would request automation for processes that weren't worth automating. We'd waste weeks in discovery only to realize: - The process only runs a few times per year - Manual work takes 10 minutes but automation would take 40 hours to build - The real bottleneck isn't the process—it's waiting for approvals - SharePoint or Power Automate could solve it (but we were focused on RPA) Meanwhile, finance teams kept rejecting good automation projects because our Excel ROI models looked like black boxes.
