Thank you much Luis :) Hope this helps you in your work as well- Stay Tuned or comment what you might need in additon:
What's open telemetry?
it is the most adopted open source way of collecting monitoring data (i.e., "telemetry") from applications. 2nd project in CNCF by contributor count, second only to Kubernetes itself.
💡 Bright idea
I use all of the built in tools on Google Cloud. Is this more for people who are setting up their infrastructure from scratch?
OpenTelemetry collectors are used more and more with commercial solutions like Amazon, Splunk, SumoLogic et.al. Many people can benefit from a solution such as OTelBin. No matter whether you are on-premises or within a cloud :)
Congrats on the launch ! I saw on LinkedIn today you've gathered a great team. All the best with OTelBin and Dash0! Looking forward to see where this journey will end. Keep up the good work 🤘
much appreciated - we will push hard to support the community with best services :) keep you posted.
OTelBin is Dash0's introductory present to the OpenTelemetry community. We are looking forward to feedback here on Product Hunt, the GitHub repository ( ) or the CNCF's #otelbin channel!
Congrats! Very Impressive Tool!
Thanks a lot magna. If you have any ideas for OTelBin or which other Observability challenges you might get solves - shout it out :)
Congrats, best of luck on the journey. 🚀
thanks felix - who broad is OpenTelemetry in use at your projects already?
depends on size of the clients and apps/ops to monitor. But almost every bigger company has nowadays atleast third vendor products with APIs to OpenTelemetry and little scripts ins Open running.
Congratulations on the Launch!
