Cut.bd - Shorten links, track every click, brand every domain
by•
Cut.bd is a URL shortener that doesn't stop at shortening. Custom branded domains from the free plan, real click analytics, QR codes, retargeting pixels, conversion funnels, and a public API — all in one dashboard instead of five disconnected tools.

Finally tried Cut.bd and the free custom domain caught me off guard. Set up a branded short link in under two minutes and the click map actually showed useful stuff right away.
@gnlj0bp Really glad it clicked for you (pun intended) — that 2-minute setup and instant-useful analytics is exactly what we optimized for. Most shorteners either hide the good stuff behind a paywall or bury it under a dashboard you need a manual for. If you keep using it, I'd love to hear which analytics view you check most — helps us prioritize what to build next.
How does the free plan actually hold up if someone starts sending meaningful traffic to branded short links, are there hidden caps on clicks or domains?
@irmaktmym The Free plan's actual limits are: 30 new links per month, 1 custom domain, and 30-day analytics retention. There's no cap on clicks/redirects — a link can get 10 or 10 million hits in a month and it'll keep resolving and tracking normally, it just won't get bot-flagged extra scrutiny or anything like that. That was a deliberate call: several competitors (Rebrandly, for one) gate you with a hard monthly click allowance even on paid tiers, and a single viral post can blow through it mid-month. We didn't want "your link got popular" to be the thing that breaks your links.
What does change as you scale: past 30 links/month or if you need more than 1 branded domain, longer retention (Starter→60d, Single→1yr, Team→2yr, Ultimate→4yr), password protection, or team seats, you'd move to a paid tier. But raw traffic volume to an existing link is never the trigger.
So: someone driving serious traffic to a single branded link on Free won't hit a wall from clicks — they'd outgrow the plan from needing more links or domains, not more capacity.
Happy to dig into specifics if you have a traffic scenario in mind.
