It was about the questions nobody was asking.
Not because the data wasn't there. Because getting to it wasn't worth the setup cost.
Every team has a graveyard of questions they stopped asking. What triggers a first purchase? Which channel actually drives revenue vs just attribution? What does a high-value customer look like before they become one?
The data exists. The question was never worth the three weeks of BI setup it would take to answer it.
That's the problem we're actually solving. Not faster charts. The question you gave up on six months ago.
