Everyone thinks Crunchy is a prettier Excel. That's our biggest marketing problem.

We've noticed a pattern in our beta.
First impression: Oh, it makes charts. Nice.
Five minutes later: Wait, it can give me insights to questions I've never been able to answer before?
That gap between what people think it does and what it actually does is the single biggest barrier we have right now. Not the product. The expectation people bring to it.
It's made us realise that "turn your data into dashboards" is the wrong frame entirely. The real value isn't the dashboard. It's the question the dashboard finally lets you ask.
Has anyone else had to fight against a first impression that undersells what you actually built?
