Crosspass - Share passwords securely

Crosspass facilitates the secure exchange of sensitive information—such as passwords, credit card numbers, and personal notes—directly between mobile devices. Unlike traditional methods that store data in the cloud, Crosspass ensures that your confidential information remains on your device until it's securely delivered to the intended recipient. How It Works 1. Initiate a Share The sender (e.g., Alice) creates a new share within the Crosspass app, generating a unique Lookup ID and a one-time PIN.​ 2. Out-of-Band Communication Alice communicates the Lookup ID and PIN to the recipient (e.g., Bob) through a separate channel like email or messaging.​ 3. Secure Retrieval Bob enters the Lookup ID and PIN into his Crosspass app, initiating a secure, end-to-end encrypted transfer directly from Alice's device.​ 4. Automatic Cleanup Once the transfer is complete, the shared data is deleted from Alice's device. Bob's device retains the data for 24 hours before it's automatically removed.
